Hands Free VS iAP ? & Anyone using Line2

Just set installed and set up with iPhone 4 and was prompted to either use Handsfree or iAp? format and chose the former. Is this appropriate?

Also can one use Line2 with Phone Amego

Phone Amego is designed to connect with the Handsfree Gateway service on your phone (Bluetooth HFP), because this is the only way to access the telephone application via Bluetooth. To your iPhone, Phone Amego looks like a Bluetooth headset.

Phone Amego should work with other applications designed to use a Bluetooth headset (Bluetooth HFP). I don't know if Line 2 can do this.

"iAP" is used for other Bluetooth networking.
