App is Damaged?

Has anyone else had this issue when starting Phone Amego? The OS complains that the app is 'damaged and can't start' and the user should re-install. I have Phone Amego purchased from the App store and now I cannot use it. I have re-downloaded, clear caches in App Store, etc. Same issue. See attached image.

Though I've never seen this reported with Phone Amego before, a quick Google search turned up this link:
