Problems with Snom300 no incoming notifications

Hi there i am jsut testing your newest trial version.

I have a Snom300 Phone and can already dial over your software.

Then inside the snom settings i changed everything according to this page:

But i dont get any incoming call notifications or anything... :( Also inside the call logs there are only the outgoing calls made over your software. No incoming / no outgoing while dialing directly with the phone.

Please, i need some help.

Hello, I'm the developer of Phone Amego.

Phone Amego has a Debug Log you can enable under the More tab to see what the program is doing.

Were you able to add your Snom 300 as a telephone device in Phone Amego by pressing Command and lifting the Handset?
Can you verify that the IP address of your Mac did not change?

Your phone will send notifications to the IP address you configured regardless of the actual IP address of your Mac so it is important that these IP addresses remain stable.

Hi,
i have the same problem with a snom 370, no incoming notifications are shown. The Debug log shows the following:

--> http://192.168.59.103:8080/incomingcall ... 2b00000000

i replaced the real number with zeros.

Any Idea what could be the Problem?

The Debug Log suggests a notification was received.
Did it include a phone number and/or Caller ID name?
Have you enabled any notifications under the Caller ID tab?

Hi,
yes it contains number and name. I enabled all notifications in the caller id tab (Growl and HUD) but nothing is shown ...
