No reaction when calling though an asterisk queue

Hello,

we encouter the following problem:

Phone Amego doesn't reakt when the subscribed channel is called by an asterisk queue.
When the channel is called direktly Phone Amego shows the call correctly.

Which logs do you need?

Asterisk AMI log would be most helpful. You can show this in the window used to attach your asterisk system (or by double clicking on the corresponding row) in the telephone devices table.

Phone Amego monitors the extensions 234.
