PA and Daylite

Does anyone have a work around for these two situations?

I'm using Daylite 6.07 (516) and OS 10.11.6 and I have PA using Daylite to record calls.

When I dial, using PA, a company in Daylite that has no individual person attached to it, PA does not record the call.

When I dial, using PA, a person in a company, when the company has multiple people associated with it, PA attached the call record to a different person then the one I have highlighted.

Any ideas?

Phone Amego has a Debug Log you can enable under the More tab to see what the program is doing.
My guess is that Phone Amego is only seeing the phone number and company name you dialed so is doing reverse lookup to find the Caller name and doesn't know which one to select. Can you confirm this?
