Basic Talk Phone Issues!

Hi,

I did not want to pay 50 dollars a month for Uverse phone service and purchased a Basic Talk VOIP to use in my house and it worked wonderfully for a year.

Seems to me that they updated the Arris NVG589 recently and now i can receive calls but when i call poeple i can hear them but they can not hera me.

Talked with Basic Talk tech support and they say after repeated attepts to get it to work it is something with Uverse. I called Uverse and we tried an few things and it still does not work.

Tried port forwarding and Nat/Gaming setups to the ports needed and still nothing.

Anyone out there have any tips to resolve this issue?
