Trouble logging into Google Voice

When I put my GV credentials into Phone Amego, it says "connected" but it doesn't give me a list of callback phone numbers. And when I try to dial a number with GV it tells me to go register my GV info (which I already did.)

This is from memory --- my free trial period ended a week ago--- I like the software but would like to get an answer to this question before I buy.
Before my trial ended, I did file a support request on the contacts page (there didn't seem to be a Category for Phone Amego so I filed it under another category) but to date no reply.

Phone Amego has a limitation currently in that it only recognizes one Google Voice account. Try logging in to the Google Voice account you wish to use from Safari. Next, press the Google Voice "Setup" button in Phone Amego and choose "Login" to update your numbers to ring.

If you are still having trouble, press and hold "Control" while you try to login to GV. This will display the WebKit window Phone Amego uses to connect with GV so you can see and correct any problems.
