Issue Transferring Call

I am running a Aastra 6755i. I successfully installed Phone Amego and have been toying around with the features.

After a few hours of use I find that there is a small glitch, when I answer a call and have to transfer to another extension the phone does not complete a transfer.

I have isolated this issue to Phone Amego, If I toggle (Enable telephone devices) I make the same phone call I can then transfer with ease. I will include a video of both issues.

How do I fix this so I can transfer these calls? I hope I have made myself clear, Thanks in advance! :)

Phone Amego has a Debug Log you can enable under the More tab that shows what the program is doing including everything sent to and received from your phone. If as you suggest Phone Amego is preventing the transfer, it must be sending some command to your phone that interrupts the normal transfer procedure. By examining the Debug Log as you attempt to perform a call transfer, you should be able to isolate this command in the Debug Log and pass it along.

I'm curious what it could be. I don't have any trouble performing transfers from my Yealink Phone. The Aastra phone I've used for testing is much older than yours.

Thanks for the prompt reply, I will run this debug tomorrow and find out exactly what is causing it.

here is what I got from the debug - I believe the problem is that it considers the Transfer button a off hook gesture. So I tried grabbing a second line directly and it grabs the line for less then a second and disconnects (same thing when I transfer. I have tried placing the call on hold and then grabbing a secondary line and the same issue persists.

Let's switch to Email for quicker more detailed troubleshooting. Phone Amego doesn't really need to Off-Hook event to work in this case.

I haven't seen it. Please resend.

Lines beginning "-->" were received by Phone Amego.
Lines beginning "<--" are sent by Phone Amego to your phone.

Can you isolate some command Phone Amego is mistakenly sending to your phone, or is the problem more local to your phone?
